Product Description3/8-Inch-1/2-Inch Ratcheting Chain Load Binder. All traditional chain load binders are constructed of drop forged steel for strength and durability and are Grade 70 for use with transport chain. They are available in traditional Lever Recoilless and Ratcheting models and are finished in a red E-coat paint.
