These are amazing, i cant take any cold and clue remedies as im allergic but I 1st bought these for a sinus and throat infection in Spain last year as I couldn't get antibiotics but these amazed me and sorted my infection out without needing antibiotics. Will always keep them in my cupboard now even though they are not cheap.
