The Cuevas Group has been perfecting the art of marron glacé production since 1867, using only 15% of the finest chestnuts from Galician forests. Each chestnut is meticulously selected for ideal size and perfect shape, then subjected to a gentle steam process to remove the thin inner skin without damage. The chestnuts are slowly immersed in sugar syrup over 240 hours and finished with an elegant, crunchy vanilla-scented glass coating. This refined delicacy represents the pinnacle of traditional Spanish confectionery craftsmanship.
