Each chestnut is meticulously selected for ideal size and perfect shape, then subjected to a gentle steam process to remove the thin inner skin without damage. The chestnuts are slowly immersed in sugar syrup over 240 hours and finished with an elegant, crunchy vanilla-scented glass coating.
