5780 Electrode Insulator Replacement Assembly for Beckett AFG/AF/SF/AR/SR Oil Burners,Restore Ignition,2-Pack

5780 Electrode Insulator Replacement Assembly for Beckett AFG/AF/SF/AR/SR Oil Burners,Restore Ignition,2-Pack Beschrijving

[Compatibility]Replace part number 5780, EA12702J, Crown 20410-02, SSC 109001. The Electrode Insulator is compatible with Beckett oil burners, fits for AF, AFG, AR, SF and SR burner series.
[Insulation Isolation]The Electrode Insulator Assembly completely isolates the high-voltage electrodes from the metal blast tube and burner housing, preventing leakage, tracking, and short circuits so that the spark is produced only at the electrode tips.
[Important Components]Promptly replacing a damaged oil burner electrode prevents the electrode from being bridged by stray arcs, restores a stable spark, and avoids start- lockouts.
[Product Material]Made of heat-resistant 95 % alumina, the electrode kit for oil burners prevents current leakage and ensures stable performance even at temperatures above 150 C.
[Easy to Install]After disconnecting the power and draining the oil, remove the old assembly use the Z2000 setting gauge to position the new 5780 electrode insulator in one step installation is complete. (If the electrode extension rod is too long for the burner, simply cut it to the required length.)
