Instructions
Switch language: The controller is powered off, press and hold the red button, power on, the system enters the language setting
Welding specification selection:
The controller can save 10 sets of welding specification parameters
Use the knob to make the right side currently selected as the welding specification.
Press the red button to change the current selection to the setting parameters.
By selecting the welding specification, after the selection is made, press the red button to save
Welding parameter setting :
The control welding parameters have a total warm-up for time, preheating current, and interval for time.
Terminal description
1: foot switch terminal, mechanical switch
2: The power supply of the control board is connected to the AC 9V~12V power supply. It must be AC.
3: Temperature sensor terminal
4: Status terminal, controller welding status, output during welding
5: fan terminal, connected to DC12V fan
6: Solenoid for valve terminal, connected to DC12V pneumatic solenoid valve
