Zeer slechte verkoper nog niets ontvangen, steeds zeggen het is ontweg morgenmiddag 3 uur wordt het bezorgt. Maar nog steeds niets ontvangen! Liegen en bedriegen.

Very slow delivery. I had to enquire to get thigs speeded up. On arrival the cushion cover is not cooling stretch jersey fabtic as advertised. It is a stretch velour fabric which is warm to the touch. Its well made and ill keep it as its now winter. However i wont risk buying from this store again as the description was wromg for the goods delivered.

Received on time so very good service.

I asked for full refund to start with as the ad clearly states ELECTRIC its not they came back and offered £5 store credit. Not for onbuy for there shop that I will never use and a £4.17 part refund. I excepted then brought some batteries at a cost of £7.00 for the thing to just fall apart as its being used. Total rubbish. I want a full refund. Will never buy from this shop again.

I ordered this in order to make gardening easier and it seemed a good price. Sadly, when it arrived, only the canvas seat had been despatched. I requested to return the parcel and to have the money refunded. After several messages I was offered a 70% refund. Apparently, it would be a long process to return the item and to receive a full refund, which basically translated as a threat to accept the offer.
