I placed an order two weeks ago. The order did not arrive, I do not have a tracking number. No one is responding.

The seller needs to re-send ordered parcel which wasn’t delivered and keep better eye on their couriers so they don’t walk away with fake deliveries saying they delivered when they did not.
I have not had a chance to hear from the seller yet, as this is very fresh (and frustrating) situation.
I hope for amiable resolution and seeing my order, or refund.
