item arrived not working.. sent msg to seller and was asked to send a picture of a broken brush i explained it dose not turn on so nothing to show in a picture but seller insisted she wanted a picture before anything could be done. so picture sent showing nothing only the brush. was bit of a mither getting a refund but eventually i got my refund
