Was originally quoted 4/5 days for delivery order placed on 14th December finally got delivered 27th December. Was not aware that item was coming from Italy until I got a bill for import tax after delivery. Item actually cost more than it would have buying from a high street retailer. Also being from Italy item had European plugs so have had to fork out for new uk plugs. At no point was I made aware that this was an import item, obviously not able to return as shipping and export tax would be too high. Very disappointing!!!!!!
