This 16-channel isolated 12V 10A relay module is designed for stable and independent switching control, with each relay able to be turned on or off separately through an opto-isolated digital input. The standard interface can be connected directly to microcontrollers and supports control from a wide range of systems, including AVR, PIC, ARM, DSP, and other compatible controller platforms, making it practical for control and automation projects.

Equipped with high-current relays, this module supports demanding switching tasks with a maximum load of AC 250V 10A, 125VAC 15A, and DC 30V 10A. The opto-isolator trigger current is 5mA, helping provide dependable signal response during operation. Its isolated design is suitable for applications where stable relay switching and controlled signal transmission are required.

The module features a fault-tolerant design for more reliable use, and even if the control line is disconnected, the relay will not actuate unexpectedly. Optical coupling isolation improves triggering reliability and contributes to stable performance during use. LED indicators for relay output status and working status allow users to monitor operation clearly, supporting safer and more convenient system management.

Installation is straightforward thanks to the screwed terminal plate and fixed bolt holes on both sides, with a hole diameter of 3.1 mm for secure mounting. The input interface includes DC+ for connection to the power positive according to the relay voltage range, DC- for connection to the power negative, and IN as the relay module trigger pin, with high-level or low-level trigger optional. This layout helps simplify wiring and integration into different electronic control setups.

The relay output includes Normally Open (NO), Common (COM), and Normally Closed (NC) terminals for flexible connection. The NO terminal is not connected to COM when the relay is off and connects to COM when the relay is on. The NC terminal is connected to COM when the relay is off and disconnects from COM when the relay is on. The module is made of ABS and comes in the colour shown in the product image. Package contents include 1 relay module only; other items are not included.
