Apply a thin layer of skin cream to protect your skin around the eyebrows 2. Mix the coloring cream with the activating lotion (1:1 mixing ratio) 12 drops of activating lotion on a glass dish (mixing ratio 1:1) 3. Mix well until consistency is homogeneous and smooth 4.
