Suggested Use

Mix about two heaping scoops (320 g) of Mass Gainer with approx. 22-24 oz. (651-710 ml) of water, milk or your favorite beverage in a blender or large shaker cup. Use after workouts, between meals, or before bed to increase daily protein and caloric intake.
