TheraNatal OvaVite is a preconception supplement with coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) to support healthy egg quality in women trying to conceive.

TheraNatal OvaVite consists of 3 pills a day: one tablet and two softgels.

The Tablet

One tablet contains essential nutrients including methylated folate and choline to support your baby's healthy neural tube and brain development, vitamin D3 to promote a healthy vitamin D level for conception and pregnancy, and several other vitamins and minerals to prepare your body for pregnancy.

TheraNatal products are free of artificial dyes, so the tablet has a natural, speckled appearance. It is normal for the speckling to darken over time.

The Softgels

Two softgels provide 250 mg of CoQ10 formulated with patented VESIsorb technology for optimal absorption and bioavailability. This means that taking two OvaVite softgels is equivalent to taking 750-1,500 mg of CoQ10 from other supplements.

Suggested Use

Take TheraNatal OvaVite while trying to conceive and during early pregnancy (first trimester).

Take one tablet and two softgels per day with food. Tablet and softgels may be taken together or at different times during the day. Do not exceed daily dose.

Softgel Ingredients: VESIsorbÆ microemulsion preconcentrate (medium-chain triglycerides, nonionic surfactant, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, citrus oil extract (citrus sinensis, peel)), gelatin (bovine), glycerin, purified water, annatto suspension in sunflower oil (for color). 

Tablet Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, sodium citrate, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable juice color, silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate, hypromellose.

Warnings

Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.
