Child front bike seat
This product is very poor quality and does not feel safe for a child. It doesn't stay firmly in place and keeps moving even when my child is sitting in it. During every ride, it gives me the feeling that it is unstable and unsafe. The seat is also very small, and the handlebar is positioned far too low.

I also had a very disappointing experience with the seller. I cancelled my order just two hours after purchasing it and expected the cancellation to be processed. Instead, after two days with no response, the seller shipped the item anyway, completely ignoring my cancellation request. They then offered me only a £2 refund, and after countless messages about returning the item and getting a refund, I became exhausted and accepted the offer. I now regret doing so because I feel the seller treated me very unfairly. He said when the returns are caused by the buyer is our responsibility, I agree. But if he consider my cancellation 2 hours after purchase. He would avoid send it 2 days after.

Now I have a product that I don't feel safe letting my son use, so it will most likely end up in the bin. I would not recommend either this product or this seller.

Item had a long delivery date, mid June to 1st July. 14th July still not delivered and no contact from seller.
Really poor by seller and onbuy.com.
