High power Hall free brushless drive, with a wide voltage of 12-36V, a maximum current of 15A, and a maximum power of 500W. Most motors have been tested for good compatibility, while a small number of motors may not be fully compatible. It is necessary to test the drive yourself.
It is best to use an adjustable power supply current limiting mode to test whether the actual no-load current is abnormal, in order to prevent the high power from burning the drive during abnormal moments.
The drive supports positive and reverse switching, and the potentiometer is used for speed regulation. Generally, the potentiometer can be used for 10-50K, or it can also be used for speed regulation with PWM 5V signal. It is strictly prohibited to connect the positive and negative poles of the drive input power incorrectly.
The output UVW three-phase should not be short circuited, or the drive will burn. The drive is equipped with 18mm thick heat sink. The use of high power depends the actual heating size. If the heating is large, a fan should be added for forced air cooling.
There is no socket and wire the drive, and it needs to be welded by its own electric soldering iron. The forward/reverse and speed regulating potentiometer need to be prepared by itself. The soldering iron must be well grounded to avoid inductive damage to the drive.
