6- 60V 20A 500W BLDC Three-Phase Brushless Motor Controller PWM Hall Motor Control Driver Board

6- 60V 20A 500W BLDC Three-Phase Brushless Motor Controller PWM Hall Motor Control Driver Board Popis

Advanced Brushless Motor Controller: Equipped with a Hall sensor, this controller is designed specifically for brushless motors with a 120-degree Hall sensor. It supports both PLC 0-5V analog and 2.5-5V PWM control, ensuring versatile and precise motor management. Ideal voltage range from 6-60V, with a current of 20A and to 500W.
Efficient Connection Setup: Features five Hall interfaces for comprehensive connectivity. Includes two Hall power supply lines and three Hall signal lines, marked as Ha, Hb, and Hc, ensuring correct and easy setup. Match these with corresponding interfaces the driver board for optimal performance.
User-Friendly Operation: The controller board is marked with phase wire interfaces MA (U), MB (V), MC (W) for straightforward connections. Start with the main power supply, adjust the potentiometer throttle to about 20%, and experience smooth motor operation. Ideal for projects requiring reliable motor control.
Safety and Maintenance Tips: Due to high power and current handling, avoid short-circuiting during setup. Start tests with low current and voltage to ensure safety. Insulate wiring properly to prevent any electrical hazards. Note that the board does not include a fuse; consider adding one to against power surges.
Installation Cautions: Ensure correct polarity when connecting the power supply to prevent damage to board components. Do not use motors that exceed the voltage and power specifications of the drive module to avoid operational failures and potential damage.
