- The module uses a GD25Q16 Flash chip, which has write protection preventing bitstream programming to the Flash chip.
- Programming to the FPGA's internal SRAM is possible.
- The simplest solution is to replace the Flash chip with a W25Qxx series chip, such as the W25Q128.
- This issue has been resolved via software; manual soldering is not required.
- The board is primarily developed using an open-source toolchain under Linux, and the official Lattice IDE software for Windows does not support this programmer. Programming can be done using other tools under Windows.
