GARLIC GRANULES - Frontier Co-op granulated garlic (Botanical name: Allium sativum) is a savory and robust seasoning ground from dried garlic cloves. There are no artificial additives or chemicals used in any part of the growing and manufacturing process.

POTENT AND DELICIOUS - Garlic can be used with a variety of dishes. The granulated form mixes well with just about anything to add sharp, strong garlic flavor.

GRANULATED - Garlic is a powerful ingredient, and when in granulated form, it's even more robust. Granulated garlic is much more potent than garlic cloves - a little goes a long way! About ¼ teaspoon of granulated garlic is the equivalent of a fresh garlic clove.

Suggested Use

If desired, rehydrate before using by soaking in cool water for 30 minutes. Store in a dry place to prevent clumping.
