Did not arrive on time, but what do you expect from this carrier

Item never arrived. Got email on the day saying "will be delivered today"
Contacted customer service to literally be told a pack of lies. "Problem with courier" !!???
Payed 5 weeks ago. Now (after escalating with OnBuy) I have to wait another 2 weeks for a refund!!
Definitely won't buy from these again, and would discourage anyone from doing so

Absolutely Appalling Experience – Avoid Lavender Beauty On Buy

I placed an order with Lavender Beauty through the On Buy platform and it has been nothing short of a complete disaster from start to finish. The order was never fulfilled, yet I was strung along with a constant stream of inaccurate excuses and misleading information.

Each time I contacted customer service, I was given a different story. First the item had supposedly shipped, then it was delayed, then it was “in transit.” They even provided tracking details that were clearly false, as the tracking either didn’t exist or never updated. It quickly became obvious that the product wasn’t even in stock in the first place, despite being advertised as available when I purchased it.

What made the situation worse was the false hope. Instead of being honest about the issue, they repeatedly reassured me the order would arrive “soon,” which never happened. Weeks passed with no delivery and no real explanation.

The customer service is among the worst I have ever experienced. Responses were , inconsistent, Rather than resolving the issue, they seemed more interested in being dishonest until being caught with evidence was presented to them

In summary:
- Order never fulfilled
- Misleading or false tracking information
- Product apparently out of stock
- Repeated inaccurate excuses
- Extremely poor customer service

This entire experience felt dishonest, disorganised, and deeply unprofessional. I would strongly recommend avoiding Lavender Beauty and purchasing from a seller that values honesty and basic customer service.
