i have been waiting a month for an ice bucket after emails i still have no refund !!

Very disappointed I order this clock 7 March and still not received it 18 March been in touch with Eriv and no help the seller 8s saying my parcel has been delivered which I have not received check tracking and no updates what so ever order on 7 march onbuy is not helping at all bad seller be aware

Item arrived late and seller was extremely apologetic and refunded me 45% as a gesture of goodwill. Really happy with the sellers communication and my refund. Thank you.
