Description/Features:
The CubeCell series offers a range of -compatible devices, each boasting CE and FCC certifications and designed for high efficiency and performance in wireless communication applications. These devices are based the ASR605x chips (ASR6501, ASR6502), integrating PSoC 4000 series MCU (ARM Cortex M0+ Core) with SX1262 LoRa chipset. They support LoRaWAN 1.0.2 and feature ultra-low power consumption, with a deep sleep current of just 3.5uA, making them ideal for battery-operated IoT applications. Each model in the series is equipped with robust USB interfaces and comprehensive protection measures, ensuring reliability and ease of use in program downloading and debugging.
