Product Introduction:
XIAO RA4M1 integrates the RA4M1 chip into the classic XIAO form factor. The development board provides 256KB flash memory, 32KB , 8KB EEPROM, USB 2.0 connector, reset and start buttons, 3 LEDs, 14-bit A/D converter, 12-bit D/A converter, and CAN BUS interface. With onboard charging circuitry and low power mode (down to 45μA), it is ideal for battery-powered applications. It shares the same 32-bit microcontroller as the for R4, is natively compatible with the for IDE, and is the perfect starting point for electronic projects thanks to the rich XIAO accessories.
