Dust Collector Cyclone Dust Separator Efficiency Low-Profile Accessory for / Shop-Vac Vacuum Cleaner Kuvaus

When this pre-separator is connected ahead of the vacuum cleaner, debris such as dust, sand, gravel, rubble, construction waste, and sawdust is captured in the attached 20-gallon (US standard) paint bucket.
Our pre-separator improves upon existing dust filtration designs. By incorporating a filter sponge between the unit and the vacuum hose, we drastically reduce the likelihood of fine dust entering the vacuum, thereby providing further protection for the vacuum's filter and motor.
Engineered for Maximum Separation, Not Just CFM: Designed by cyclonic separation specialists, the is tuned to optimize dust separation efficiency rather than maximum airflow. Excess CFM can create eddy currents that reduce performance, so our geometry balances flow with precise, stable separation.
Save Money Filters and Vacuum Bags: By capturing dust before it reaches your shop vacuum, dramatically reduces filter clogging and bag usage. Fewer filter changes mean stronger suction for longer, lower operating costs, and less downtime cleaning or replacing expensive vacuum accessories.
By preventing this material from entering the vacuum cleaner itself, the unit significantly extends the service life of the vacuum's filter, motor, and canister walls. Additionally, it makes emptying the collected waste much easier.
