Seller requirements
To sell through the OnCommerce network, you must meet and agree to all requirements below.
Proven sales history
You must provide a link to your website or marketplace storefront* showing:
- At least 50 reviews (4.5-5★) within the past 12 months
- Your business name (matching your registration)
Payout account
You must have an account that supports payments in the local currency. Options include:
- UK bank account
- Payoneer
- WorldFirst
This account must be verified during sign-up.
Business verification
You must be able to provide:
- Valid photo ID of a director, officer, or representative
- Recent bank statement showing business name and address
- Proof of returns address
- Business entity document*
VAT registration
You must meet applicable VAT requirements in your selling region(s):

Selling in the UK: UK VAT number required unless based in a VAT‑exempt country and not already UK‑VAT registered.

Selling in the EU: European VAT number required if you're based in or dispatch from the country of sale. Otherwise, OnCommerce collects VAT and uses our IOSS number.
Returns & refunds
You must:
- Provide a local returns address or cover overseas return costs
- Adhere to our 30-day full refund policy*
- Accept returns for faulty goods up to 180 days
Product requirements
All products must:
- Have valid GTINs (EAN, UPC, or ISBN)
- Be authentic and comply with local regulations and platform policies
- Be listed in the local language
- Show total price including taxes, duties, and delivery fees
Products from Protected Brands must include valid authorisation to sell.
Smart distribution
OnCommerce provides access to a growing number of global retail channels, including OnBuy, Comet (UK), and easyShop.
You list your products, and our smart tech automatically determines where they will perform best. This means your products may be listed across multiple sites within the regions you sell.
