- Plug-and-Play: Designed specifically to pair with the Adafruit IS31FL3731 16x9 Charlieplexed PWM LED Matrix Driver breakout board; this combination enables PWM dimming control for each individual LED via an I2C interface, allowing for smooth brightness transitions.
