Ice Full Sensor is a dedicated accessory for the ice maker, installed between the ice plate and the ice plate cover plate to monitor ice status. It helps reset the ice maker after ice removal, and accurately senses when the ice reaches the set level to automatically trigger the next ice filling cycle.
This Ice Full Sensor features a length of 1500mm (59 inch). Compact yet durable, it fits neatly inside most compatible ice makers. Package includes 1 x Ice Full Sensor for convenient replacement.
Designed as a proximity , this -type sensor provides non-contact detection with excellent reliability. It combines the advantages of travel switches and micro switches with fast response, strong anti-interference capability, and outstanding waterproof, shockproof, and corrosion-resistant performance for long-term stable operation.
When used in an ice machine, this ice full sensor works with a skateboard mechanism. Once the ice bin is full, the skateboard cannot reset, causing the normally closed magnetic to change from closed to open. This state change sends a clear signal to the microcontroller to indicate ice full and prevent overfilling.
