Összefoglaló
- Cassette deck belt replacement kit designed specifically for dual transport mechanisms and for Sony TC-WE475 models. Includes 2 precisely sized capstan flat belts and 2 square belts to correctly drive the transport and tape counter systems, restoring proper mechanical operation across both decks.
- Provides stable tape transport by restoring consistent tape speed and torque, significantly reducing belt slippage, wow and flutter, and speed drift. Helps resolve common playback, recording, rewind and fast-forward issues that typically arise from aged, stretched or glazed original belts in long-serviced cassette decks.
- Constructed from durable elastomer rubber material engineered to maintain steady belt tension and long-lasting traction on metal and plastic pulleys. Cross sections and effective lengths are carefully selected so the belts seat properly on capstans and flywheels, supporting smooth running and reduced mechanical noise.
- Easy installation and care: remove deck cover, note original belt routing, then clean pulleys and flywheels thoroughly to remove residue. Fit new belts without twists or kinks, avoid oil or grease on belt paths, and run the deck for about 10 minutes to allow the belts to seat before critical playback.
- Ideal for home cassette deck refresh, archiving and digitizing cherished tapes, workshop or repair bench maintenance, school AV rooms, and hobbyist restoration projects. This belt kit helps ensure reliable cassette transport performance wherever consistent playback speed and dependable tape handling are required.
