Levenhuk - 81938 - Nitro 8x42 Binoculars

The Levenhuk Nitro 8x42 nitrogen filled binoculars are an excellent choice for hunting, fishing or hiking. These easy-to-use binoculars can withstand harsh weather conditions and even sub-zero temperatures. The sealed housing means you can use it even in the rain or in close proximity to water - water doesn't harm the optics or mechanics, and the nitrogen prevents the lenses from fogging up.

The optical system is based on roof prisms and the lenses are multi-coated. This means the image produced remains bright even when observing in cloudy weather and at dusk. The optics are made of BaK-4 glass, which ensures clear and high-contrast images.

You can adjust the focus by turning the large central focusing wheel and the diopter adjustment ring on the right eyepiece. The eye relief also allows you to wear the glasses while observing, and the rotating eyecups can be adjusted to an optimal position while maintaining the field of vision. The binoculars also have a large adjustment range for the pupil distance.

The ABS plastic housing material is strong and robust, so the binoculars will pass any test with ease. For a better grip, the housing is covered with rubber and there are additional textured inserts on the sides of the optical tubes. The binoculars can be mounted on a standard tripod for stationary observation over a long period of time.
