The module communication interface has two types of communication interfaces: USB and UART. Power supply voltage: 3.3V, power supply current: operating current: Less than 60mA, current: Less than 60mA, fingerprint image recording : Less than 1.0 second
Fingerprint features: The fingerprint algorithm extracts features from the obtained fingerprint image, representing the information of the fingerprint. The storage, comparison, and search of fingerprints are all accomplished through manipulating fingerprint features.
Fingerprint processing involves two processes: fingerprint login process and fingerprint matching process [where fingerprint matching is divided into two methods: fingerprint comparison (1:1) and fingerprint search (1:N)].
When logging in with a fingerprint, each fingerprint is recorded twice, and the two recorded images are processed to create a template that is stored in the module.

When fingerprint matching, the fingerprint sensor is used to input and process the fingerprint image to be verified, and then it is matched and compared with the fingerprint template in the module (if it matches with a specified template in the module, it is called fingerprint comparison method, i.e. 1:1 method; if it matches with multiple templates, it is called fingerprint search method, i.e. 1:N method). The module provides a matching result (pass or fail).
