Cutting Plotter Accessories, Cutting Plotter Pressure Wheel, Paper Feeding Wheel, Cutting Plotter Pressure Wheel,A Beskrivelse

Durable Construction: Crafted from premium rubber and copper, these rollers boast high durability and performance. Their robust build guarantees a long service life and resistance to wear, providing reliable and consistent results over extensive usage.
Maintenance Tips: Regular cleaning is crucial for maintaining the efficiency of these rollers. They tend to accumulate adhesive from cutting materials, which can affect performance. Cleaning them frequently ensures they continue to provide precise and clean cuts.
Optimal Replacement Recommendation: For the best results and to maintain even pressure across your device, it is recommended to replace pinch rollers in pairs. This ensures balanced operation and sustained quality in your projects, enhancing the longevity of your plotter.
When the paper deviation becomes more and more serious and the pressure wheel cleaning cannot be solved, it is to consider replacing the pressure wheel.
When replacing the pressure rollers, you must replace several of them because the friction coefficients of the old and new pressure rollers are different. If they are mixed, the paper will deviate.

Do not adjust the pressure of the pressure wheel at will. Without a pressure gauge, it is easy to cause uneven pressure, which may cause the machine to deviate.
