Sammendrag
- The MPL3115A2 is a compact piezoresistive absolute pressure sensor featuring an I2C interface. It offers a wide operating range of 20 kPa to 110 kPa, covering altitudes across the entire surface of the Earth.
- Its built-in high-resolution (24-bit equivalent) ADC, combined with fully internally compensated MEMS technology, delivers precise data for pressure (Pascals), altitude (meters), and temperature (degrees Celsius). Internal processing eliminates the burden of compensation and unit conversion from the system MCU, thereby simplifying system design.
- The MPL3115A2's advanced ASIC supports various user-programmable modes-such as power-saving, interrupt, and autonomous data acquisition-including programmable sampling intervals and polling modes. Typical active current consumption is 40 µA per measurement-second, achieving a stable output resolution of 10 cm.
