Strong image and voice processing capabilities, image and voice processing interfaces include JPEG codec, pixel processing accelerator (PPA), image signal processor (ISP) and H264 video encoder.
The chip package is encapsulated with 32MB PSRAM, and the module is integrated with 16MB Nor Flash.
Common peripheral interfaces such as MIPI-CSI, MIPI-, USB 2.0 OTG, Ethernet, SDIO 3.0 card slot, microphone, speaker terminal and RTC battery terminal are led out from the board.

The board leads out 2 x 20 rows of pins and leads out 28 remaining programmable GPIO.
Security mechanism: secure startup, Flash encryption, hardware encryption accelerator and hardware random number generator. At the same , it also supports hardware access protection, which can realize access right management (APM) and privilege separation.

It supports rich human-computer interaction interfaces, including MIPI-CSI (Integrated Image Signal Processor ISP) and MIPI- interfaces, as well as common peripherals such as SPI, 12S, 12C, LED PWM, MCPWM, RMT, ADC, UART and TWAI. It also supports USB OTG 2.0 HS, Ethernet and SDIO Host 3.0 for high-speed connection. ESP32-P4 chip integrates digital signature peripherals and special key management unit to ensure the security of data and operation. ESP32-P4-WIFl6-DEV-KIT is specially designed for high-performance and high-security applications, which fully meets the higher requirements of embedded applications for -machine interface support, computing ability and IO connection characteristics.
