This driver also has a braking function that can quickly brake the motor, with rapid and obvious braking, and it is easy to operate to achieve this function. This driver is composed of two complete half-bridge driver chips + extremely low internal resistance N-channel MOSFET.
The reliable driving method of the complete two half-bridge driver chips minimizes the switching loss of MOSFET. MOSFET uses N-channel IRF3205 MOSFET, uses two dedicated half-bridge driver chips, and uses bootstrap capacitors for the upper tube, so that the upper tube has sufficient driving voltage, which can quickly open the MOSFET channel and increase the acceleration curvature of the motor.
At the same , it can also quickly brake the motor. This can enable the car to start quickly and kill quickly. This driver can operate at a PWM modulation duty cycle of 0%-99%, so that the motor can get enough driving voltage.
