Product Description

The 8302 is a phase detection circuit module that adopts the AD8302 chip. The AD8302 is used for RF/IF amplitude and phase measurement of monolithic integrated circuits, mainly through two wideband logarithmic detectors, phase detectors, output amplifier groups, bias units, and output reference voltage buffers. It can simultaneously measure the amplitude ratio and phase difference between two input signals in the frequency range from low frequency to 2.7 GHz, and can be applied to the linear ratio measurement of for RF/IF power amplifiers, for RF power accuracy control, VSWR measurement, and remote system monitoring and diagnosis.
Characteristics
When measuring gain, the dynamic range of the two input signals is 30dB, the output level sensitivity is 30mV/dB, and the error is less than 0.5dB. The output voltage corresponding to -30dB is 30mV, and the output voltage corresponding to +30dB is 1.8V. The output current is 8mA and the conversion rate is 25V /μs.
