Module Overview:
The ME16WS01 is a dual-band wireless WiFi module based the RTL8720DN SoC. It features an ARM-v8 core and a Cortex-M4F-compatible RF transceiver, operating at to 200 MHz. It also includes 2MB of Flash program space, 512KB of RAM, and 64KB of RAM, along with integrated 2.4GHz and 58GHz transceivers and other powerful supporting resources, providing a comprehensive solution for WiFi and connectivity. The RTL8720DN supports WiFi AP/STA/AP+STA modes, supports Low (BLE) assisted network configuration, and provides a set of configurable GPIOs for controlling various peripherals.
