INGREDIENSER:
- Potatisflingor 125 g
- Vatten 420 ml (ca 2 koppar)
- Mjölk 200 ml (ca 1 kopp)
- Salt 1 tesked
METOD:
Två koppar kokande vatten, ett glas mjölk, en tesked salt. Häll två koppar potatisflingor i behållaren med den förberedda vätskan. BLANDA INTE! LAGA INTE! HÄLL INTE MED KOKTANDE VATTEN! Du kan krydda purén efter eget tycke och tillsätt till exempel: smör, dill, torkad lök, herbes de Provence eller muskotnöt.
