The electronic scale is mainly controlled by the single-chip microcomputer STC90C52RC core to realize the basic control functions of the electronic scale.
The system expands the electronic calendar clock. The system can be divided into six parts: small system, data acquisition, human-computer interaction interface and system power supply, clock and voice reporting.
The system part mainly includes STC90C52RC and classic reset circuit; the data acquisition part is composed of weighing sensor, signal amplification and A/D conversion part, and the signal amplification and A/D conversion part are mainly realized by the dedicated high-precision 24-bit AD conversion chip HX711.
The human-computer interaction interface is keyboard input and dot matrix LCD display, mainly using 4*4 matrix keyboard and 1602 LCD display, which can conveniently input data and intuitively display data.
The electronic scale can realize basic weighing functions (weighing range is 0-3K, weight error is not more than 0.005Kg), and expands the functions of clock and voice reporting. The clock module can also set the alarm function. The system also has an over-range alarm function when weighing.
