Steps to connect a mobile phone to a printer:

1. Download and install the APP (for Android: CaysnPrinter, for iOS: Printer-x), or any other related APP.

2. Load the printer paper (the smooth side of the paper is the working side, and the smooth side faces the print head) remove the battery and tear off the brown high-temperature tape place the battery, along with the torn brown high-temperature tape, into the printer press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the printer open the downloaded app on your phone grant the appropriate permissions as requested tap "Printer" tap "Not connected" search for "MTP-2" in the "Connect Printer" dropdown list (i.e., "NAME" on the "Self-Test" page) tap "MTP-2" enter the PIN code "0000" (i.e., "PIN" on the Self-Test page) check if the "Printer" list displays "Connected". indicating that Bluetooth has been successfully connected.

3. A "self-check page" is attached inside the printer. If there is no "self-test page," you can print it yourself. The steps for printing the self-test page are as follows: Power off load paper close the cover simultaneously press and hold the "Paper Feed" and "Power" buttons hear "2 clicks." After the click, release both buttons the printer will print the "self-test page."
