Low distortion and high linearity: Utilizes a dual-differential analog multiplier mixer circuit, featuring a +24 dBm third-order intercept point (IP3), minimal third-order intermodulation distortion, and a wide linear dynamic range.
Low LO drive requirement: The Local Oscillator (LO) input signal requires only -10 dBm, eliminating the need for a high-power LO driver; this effectively avoids shielding and isolation issues associated with high-power LOs and significantly reduces system costs.
Wide frequency range: Both RF and LO input frequencies can reach 500 MHz. The IF output supports differential current output ( to 250 MHz) and single-ended voltage output (greater than 200 MHz).
Flexible power supply: Supports either dual-supply (5 V) or single-supply operation. With dual-supply operation, all can be -coupled, allowing users to flexibly control power consumption via peripheral circuitry.
High integration: Integrates a mixer, limiting amplifier, low-noise output amplifier, and bias circuitry -chip, resulting in simple peripheral circuitry and ease of use.
