The pricing set out in this document forms part of our Seller Terms
At OnBuy, our goal is to make it as easy as possible for you to reach millions of customers and start growing your sales. That includes making our pricing transparent and easy to understand.
1 OnBuy Sales Fees
Sales Fees are charged on the total price of a Product including any delivery charges. Unlike some other marketplaces, we do not charge a separate transaction cost. The Sales Fee will vary depending on the category that the Product belongs to, you can see a table of these fees below. This charge will be clearly shown in your Seller Control Panel, so you can see exactly what you'll be charged before your Product is sold.

This includes smartphones, mobile phones, tablets, laptops, desktop computers, monitors, televisions, audio equipment, headphones, cameras, smartwatches, wearables, smart home devices, and related electronic devices. This category applies to the electronic device itself, not accessories or consumables sold separately. |

Tools, DIY & EquipmentCovers tools, equipment, and machinery used for DIY, home improvement, workshop, garden, and automotive purposes. This includes powered tools and machinery such as drills, saws, pressure washers, generators, and lawn mowers; hand tools including hammers, mallets, spanners, and screwdrivers; fixings, fittings, and hardware such as screws, brackets, cabinet knobs, and furniture legs; workshop tools and accessories; garden tools and equipment; and automotive tools and equipment used for vehicle maintenance and repair. |

2 Refund Fees
Refund will be charged at 20% of the order value based on the currency of the transaction that the fee relates to, with minimum and maximum charges set below. This charge will be clearly shown in your Seller Control Panel in your Balance Report.
