The pricing set out in this document forms part of our Seller Terms
At OnBuy, our goal is to make it as easy as possible for you to reach millions of customers and start growing your sales. That includes making our pricing transparent and easy to understand.
1 Verkoopkosten op OnBuy
Sales Fees are charged on the total price of a Product including any delivery charges. Unlike some other marketplaces, we do not charge a separate transaction cost. The Sales Fee will vary depending on the category that the Product belongs to, you can see a table of these fees below. This charge will be clearly shown in your Seller Control Panel, so you can see exactly what you'll be charged before your Product is sold.

Dit omvat smartphones, gsm’s, tablets, laptops, desktopcomputers, monitoren, televisies, audioapparatuur, koptelefoons, camera’s, smartwatches, draagbare technologie, slimme woningtoestellen en aanverwante elektronische toestellen. Deze categorie is enkel van toepassing op het elektronische toestel zelf, niet op accessoires of verbruiksartikelen die apart verkocht worden. |

Dit omvat elektrisch gereedschap en machines zoals boormachines, zagen, hogedrukreinigers, generatoren en grasmaaiers; handgereedschap zoals hamers, houten hamers, steeksleutels en schroevendraaiers; bevestigingsmateriaal, beslag en hardware zoals schroeven, beugels, kastknoppen en meubelpoten; werkplaatsgereedschap en toebehoren; tuingereedschap en tuinmateriaal; en gereedschap en uitrusting voor auto’s die gebruikt worden voor het onderhoud en de herstelling van voertuigen. |

2 Refund Fees
Refund will be charged at 20% of the order value based on the currency of the transaction that the fee relates to, with minimum and maximum charges set below. This charge will be clearly shown in your Seller Control Panel in your Balance Report.
