Note: USB-C to DP converters may have the following compatibility challenges
1. If the Display Port port of the monitor does not support a refresh rate of 120Hz, the connected monitor have no image C-source set to 120Hz when connected via USB.
2. If the Display Port port of the monitor does not support 4K resolution, the connected monitor have no image USB C-source set to 4K, 8K, and 16K at 16K. Our converter fully supports the above formats. These common issues are mainly caused by the monitor not supporting these formats.
