AD8307 Power Meter Logarithmic Detector Power Detection 1-600MHz Description

High stability over the entire temperature range.
Complete differential DC-coupled signal path.
It is used for signal power detection, the detection frequency range is 1MHZ - 600MHZ, it can detect a signal with a power of -74dBm to 18dBm, and convert such a signal into a DC voltage output.
The greater the amplitude or power of the signal, the higher the output voltage, which is proportional to the of the amplitude of the input signal, thus expanding the dynamic range of the detected signal, which reaches 92dB.
It can be widely used in signal detection, signal power measurement, environmental field strength detection, and can also be used as a component of automatic gain control and automatic level control.
