1. Wash your foot thoroughly and dry out foot.
2. Divide gloves using the dotted lines and wear gloves on clean, dry foot.
3. Use the stickers on foot sheet to wrap around the ankle. (Gently massage foots to enhance absorption).
4. Remove gloves after 20-30 minutes and lightly pat the remaining essence into skin. (No need to rinse).
