• 8 STEPS FALSE START MONITOR: To prevent accidental movements being counted as steps, the pedometer will start counting after 8 consecutive steps have been taken, Starting the count at 9 onwards. This means that the screen will not show an increase in your step count untill your 9th step, after which it will automatically increase by 9 steps, then increase with each step taken. We recommend walking at least 15-20 steps before checking your pedometer.
