2200C Ultra-High Heat Resistance: High-temperature resistance is four times higher than synthetic stone (300C) and over 200C higher than silicone, without thermal deformation.
Near-zero coefficient of thermal expansion: 0.000001/C CTE, 50 times more stable than synthetic stone and three times more stable than silicone, eliminating micro-layer shifting in printers with 0.01mm precision.
Ultra-low thermal conductivity (2 W/mK): Compared to silicone (150 W/mK), it blocks over 98% of heat leakage, significantly reducing motor temperatures.
Industrial-grade durability: Our ceramic zirconium oxide blocks are to 1200 MPa strong (four times higher than synthetic stone and two times higher than silicone), capable of withstanding accidental drops and carbon fiber abrasion. Laboratory-tested, they have a hardness of HV1200.
