• Blood pressure — inflatable airbag cuff, not optical estimation: The Watch D2's defining feature: an airbag built into the strap inflates to take blood pressure readings the same way a traditional upper-arm cuff does — delivering clinically accurate systolic and diastolic figures. Supports standard single measurements and ABPM (Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring) mode, which takes automatic readings every 15 minutes throughout the day for a full 24-hour BP profile.
• ECG — dedicated hardware button: A physical ECG button on the case (separate from the rotating crown) triggers an on-demand electrocardiogram reading; ECG sensor built into the watch back. Useful for detecting atrial fibrillation and capturing irregular rhythm events.
