The lemon peels are finely zested and infused with pure spirit for 8-10 days, then carefully blended with dissolved cane sugar at controlled temperatures to preserve the delicate flavours. This traditional craft produces a golden liquor with an intense yet delicate taste, featuring 350g of fresh lemon per litre. With no preservatives or artificial flavours, it's perfect as a digestive served ice-cold or as an elegant finishing touch to puddings, fruit salads, and ice cream.
