INA240 Module INA240A1 Current Detection Amplifier Current Monitoring Description

The INA240 device is a voltage-output current-detecting amplifier with enhanced PWM suppression that detects voltage drops across shunt resistors in a wide common-mode voltage range from -4V to 80V of the supply voltage.
The negative common-mode voltage allows the operating voltage of the device to be lower than theground voltage, thus adapting to the typical; Flyback cycle low power consumption is a key problem for solenoid applications. The enhanced PWM suppression capability provides a high level of suppression for large common-mode transients
(AV/At) in systems that use pulse width modulated
(PM) signals, such as motor drive and solenoid control systems. With this function, the current can be accurately measured without large transient and corresponding recovery ripple of the output voltage.
